Prefabricated and extensible modular home design.

With a constant research on new materials, construction cost and deadline control, we are developing this prototype of a prefabricated home using CLT (Cross-Laminated Timber).

The idea is to build, with an accurate budget and short deadlines, a home that can offer quality and flexibility.

An initial module of 100 m² can be expanded indefinitely. So far, we have already developed floor plans with 100, 133, 166, 200, 233 and 266 m², and we're also developing variations on two floors and creating other compositions, enhancing the system.
