The base for this project was an existing two-story house with an external service support building.

We developed a new story above the house, and completely remodeled the circulation flow and the existing spaces.

Part of the service building was demolished and turned into a garden and a spa. Because there’s a square thick with greenery in front of the lot, we sought to visually connect them, filling the house with greenery at every story and creating a synergy between the private and the public space.

The new metallic structure is lightweight, easy to assemble and adds two “exterior” columns that provide extra support for the new story without overloading the existing structure.
